–Mike Elk, Staff Writer at In These Times, joins David to talk about Mitt Romney suggesting employers tell their employees how to vote.
–Green Party Presidential candidate Jill Stein is arrested outside the second Presidential debate, and we discuss whether the rules for 3rd party candidates in Presidential debates are fair.

–Contrary to popular Republican misinformation, gas prices under President Obama never hit a monthly high that reached George W. Bush’s high gas price level.
–Katherine Fenton, who asked the Presidential candidates the question about the gender pay gap at the second debate, is now being slut-shamed by the right wing.
–David recommends the book The Maltese Falcon by Dashiell Hammett.
–Ann Romney appears on The View, and after again comparing Mormon missionary work to serving in the military, she jokes about Mitt Romney’s driving accident that killed a woman in 1968.
–Audience question regarding the difference between a Fox News psychiatrist questioning whether Joe Biden has dementia and the David Pakman Show discussing Mitt Romney’s psychopathic behavior.

The fact that this is so fascinating to you, rahter than the real issues facing America, is more telling about you than them. Misspellings, misquotes, not knowing the price of milk, tripping on airplane steps, saying a quail is not an animal these sort of things are the fodder of the left and has been my whole life. At least you are at this level, and have not graduated to the left’s big lies . I suppose that is next, when you get out of high school?
