    Interview Idea

You’ve had a lot of Christians/Christian affiliated organization leaders on the show. As a long-time viewer, I’d like to see you interview an Atheist. Here in Austin, we have the ACA (Atheist Community of Austin) I’m sure if you contacted them, they’d be more than happy to talk on your show. A few notable members have their own live public access call-in show “The Atheist Experience”.
    Anyhow. Just an idea!

    Regards,
    Ross Cahoon

It’s truly amazing and scary that in these times there are so many like Navy Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt who don’t freely think for themselves.

    Good luck to us all

Is this Chaplain for real or is he a troll?

Pardon my ignorance, since I have never heard of this guy before, but I honestly couldn’t tell whether he was playing a character in the style of Edward Current, or if he was for real.

If he is indeed for real, I have to say that this is exactly the type of conservative nutjob that I like. Normally, conservative nutjobs are not so confident in their nutjob beliefs to stand up and say exactly what they mean, they do not as eagerly talk with their opposition, and they do not downplay the metaphysical assumptions and the social implications of their beliefs. A lot of conservatives are almost as greasy as Mitt Romney when it comes to admitting that they are saying what they are saying, but it’s guys like this – guys who are not afraid to admit what they really believe – that I like .

You are great. I love watching your interviews with the anti gay religious right. Next time you have one of them on could you ask them ” If we were to declare homosexuality a religion would they stop all thier rhetoric “. You know because of that whole “freedom of religion thing”.
Just a thought. Keep up the good work.
