Mitt Romney was Governor of Mass. during the years (2004-2006) that NECC was investigated for numerous violations of pharmacy regulations.
NECC was expected to be fined and issued a “Public Reprimand”, which would alert potential purchasing companies to NECC’s serious violations, would have caused a serious decline in NECC’s pharmacy sales, would have required coming up to state standards of cleanliness.
But then, no serious enforcement actions were taken after all.
As the former governor during the time period this occured, how would Romney explain the failure of his state’s Pharmacy Board to follow through with normal
    sanctions?
That failure led to the current epidemic and ongoing loss of lives from meningitis.
And Romney/Ryan want even less gov’t regulation.

(Thanks for your great reporting! Love the show)

Do you tell the truth, you’ve never seen the movie version of the Maltese Falcon? I am dismayed! See it immediately, then see it again. It is truly a great film.
