David,
Just saw your episode about the NC church leader, (I cannot in good conscience refer to him as a pastor), that encourage(s) his congregants to physically respond to effeminate behavior by/from their children. I have e-mailed the church leader to inquire about his comments. It will be interesting to see if he responds.
