–David goes to LA, and guest hosts The Young Turks, goes on KPFK radio shows, other shows, pulls off a miracle to get a flight home in time after a mechanical issue, tours the Disney studios, and more.
–A woman sitting near David on his flight home from Los Angeles was reading scammer Kevin Trudeau’s book “Natural Cures They Don’t Want You to Know About,” and we look into just how much of an incredible scam it is.
–Another Republican debate, even more absurdity, this time with a gay former member of the military being booed, and a Rick Perry zinger attempt on Mitt Romney going hilariously wrong.
–Republican Peter Schiff says that the minimum wage should be decreased to $3 per hour to help unemployment.
–Killer spared from execution just hours prior, and we compare the hypocrisy relative to the Troy Davis execution, and look at the death penalty more generally.
–Nativists, as expected, are now starting to target LEGAL immigrants, and blaming them for the jobs problems in the United States.
–President Obama is accused of making a “Jew” gaffe, but the audio and video evidence doesn’t seem to support that.
–Will technology be the solution to our problems, or the cause of new problems? Will religion stand in the way of technology?
–Emails and voicemails on McDonald’s restaurants at hospitals, Louis’ Krakatoa metal band, tattoo ink being toxic, and more.

Trudeau gets all of his attention and money from infomercials and gift catalog companies. I used to work for one such company and Products like Trudeau’s were one of the main reasons why I left. You’re right — his claims are true, there are ways to do the things he says, but he doesn’t have the actual steps. But he preys on the desperate, the vulnerable and the elderly, so this 21st Century carpet bagger will probably never go broke unless we find a way to require some standard of truth in advertising.
