Quick FYI, IOWA (not Indiana) is the state both John Wayne was born in and John Wayne Gacy lived in (it’s believed Gacy was born in Chicago IL)

Did you know there is a “Conservapedia?” (“the trustworthy encyclopedia”) lol, I’m curious if it’s as bad as the Heritage foundation or the Drudge Report. Talk about making your own facts! I also wonder if it’s part of wikipedia, because it is designed to look just like it.

No, Conservapedia is not part of, and has nothing to do with Wikipedia. No, it is not “designed to look just like it.” Any web site that uses Wiki software ends up with a Wiki-like look to it. But that look comes from those sites using the same software; it does not mean they have any connection to each other.
