You should start looking into recent reports that what Fukushima experienced was a Nuclear explosion, not a Hydrogen gas explosion (get the picture of an atomic explosion out of your mind). That mean there is a lot more radioactive material in the environment. I would not surprise me if these mega companies are lying.
