Waaayyyyyyyyy to wordy……. Especially given the answer is so obvious.

We have an income tax system operating in a capitalist economy. The rich have more income and the poor less income in this capitalist economy. The rich pay more under our income system because they have more income. The poor pay less because they have less income.

We do not have some ridiculous beer tax system in such socialist economy People are not paid in beer nor do they get the same amount of beer. We do not ask that people pay their taxes based on such ridiculous arguments.

Frankly, it is a hoot our rightwingnut capitalist friends would try to pass such a load of socialist hooey.

You identify how the republicans twist, but you don’t own up to the equivalent immorality and twisting on the left.

therefore it is all a big mystery to you how the republicans are so skillful at turning the issues.

Take for example abortion – you did a good job of ripping the hypocrisy of the right – but you don’t begin to address the other side of it.

That is a morality that says – fuck who you like when you like, whether you know them don’t know them, love them or not or are in a relationship – hell, if you get pregnant you have an abortion, or if you have the little bastard society should be responsible for raising them -

like it takes a village –

the republicans make me want to puke, but it is the bullshit on the left that empowers them

local guy – you do a good job – nice to see you touched by the treatment of animals

    have a nice holiday guys

Hey David, great show. I really don’t mean to sound arrogant and I am NOT anti-american (the US is a cool place). Just beeing honest: With a great interest I have been following the election in 2000, 2004 and 2008 and the first steps of Obama. I have joined many discussions and read many many comments. I must say, looking back at the Bush administration and at the Tea Party nowadays: Watching your show makes me thing: Wow, there IS still brain over there. Thank you. This gives reason for hope.
