–Attorney General Eric Holder announces that he will investigate the CIA over alleged abuse of detainees, and has put Republican John H. Durham in charge.

–Former Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez says he agrees with the investigation, while John McCain does not.

–Death threats against Barack Obama have increase by over 400 percent from the 3000 during George W. Bush’s last year in office.

–A former Secret Service agent says gospel of hate preacher Steve Anderson certainly was interviewed during a visit by Secret Service.

–The companies doing the most radio advertising.

–Glenn Beck brings on a black guy who agrees with him to prove he isn’t racist, but then the guy claims the proposed health care reform would include components for eugenics and black genocide.

–William Donohue says that atheists are the ones out to get Catholics, not mentioning that pedophile priests have played a huge part in the recent demise of the Catholic Church.

–Tucker Carlson is brought on Fox News to comment on sexual orientation-based assaults, although he previously admitted to assaulting a man who bothered him in a bathroom.
