–Horace Cooper, conservative legal commentator and writer, joins is live to discuss the Scott Roder not guilty plea in the abortion doctor George Tiller’s murder case, and a recent case where parents are on trial for refusing medical attention for their daughter’s diabetes, choosing instead to simply pray for her.
–Laura Ling and Euna Lee are released by North Korea after President Bill Clinton personally visit. We discuss how much of it was a preplanned show, why Republicans are complaining, and if this is the end of the story.
–Wrap up on the Henry Louis-Gates arrest, including a Boston police officer who was suspended after sending a racist email where he called President Obama a jungle monkey.
–More accusations that Barack Obama is racist, including one statement that also referred to Obama’s racist supreme court nominee as Sonia Mayer.
–John McCain announces he will not vote to confirm Sonia Sotomayor, but she should have no trouble taking her seat at the Supreme Court.

–Another study addresses which jobs Americans believe would best suit Sarah Palin.
